At VUJA DÉ, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
